December ORCA Networking Event

Free! Join us Friday, December 7th, 7 - 9pm at DeNicolas on SE Powell in Portland (in the banquet room) for community, conversation, snacks and special speakers. This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow travelers in the field, and to learn about what ORCA is doing to support counselors, our profession, and our clients. 

Guest speaker Cordelia Kraus will discuss an evidence-based method of working with those who have a loved one struggling with addictive behavior. The Invitation to Change approach, an evolution of Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), offers clients effective skills to improve mutual understanding, motivate change in their loved one, and reinvest in their own lives.
