We are immediately hiring Mental Health Therapists to join our integrated collaborative team of medical, psychiatric, substance use counselors, and mental health professionals who guide individuals through the process of admissions, detoxification, residential and outpatient addiction treatment. Therapists on our team may be assigned to provide either residential or outpatient mental health services. 

Duties and skills

  • Crisis intervention and hospital unit support
  • Mental health assessment and evaluation
  • Treatment Planning and collaboration with treatment teams
  • Individual, Family and specialized mental health group therapy (DBT framework)
  • Provision of psychoeducational lectures
  • Multicultural Sensitivity
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records


Required Qualifications

Successful candidates will have earned a master’s degree or higher in mental health counseling or related therapeutically oriented field and will have prior counseling experience.


Preferred Qualifications

Current license or ability to be licensed in Oregon (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) preferred.

Alcohol and Drug experience valued but not required. Our mental health therapists are encouraged to obtain a certified drug and alcohol certification.
